Alex first began playing the piano at the age of two and started lessons three years later.\u00a0 As a young child she regularly performed her own original solo piano compositions to large public audiences. At 14 she became involved with her first professional band. She was performing at pubs and clubs on a regular basis and became well known within the local circuit. She has been professionally performing now for 23 years in no fewer than thirty-five different bands as well as a solo artist.
