Where do I begin, I cannot start to tell you how delighted we all were with your performance on Saturday, it was brilliant and enjoyed by us all. As you know none of the guests knew anything about it so it was interesting watching their faces when Russell first started to sing, trying to keep a low profile and possibly hoping he would go away. Then the dawn of realisation was that this man could really sing. The couple on our table said, I think he should give up his day job, still not realising what was happening. We have had so many guests who know they may not remember what they had to eat that night in a few years time, but will certainly remember your performance. We are so grateful to you for making our Birthday celebration so memorable for so many people.
